A mixed farm of 198 acres freehold at Springbank was passed in at £15,840 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of Mr I. C. Raikes by Pyne, Gold, Guinness Ltd. The auctioneer was Mr W. H. Archdall. The land is in three blocks subdivided into 13 paddocks. The homestead is a twostorey roughcast house containing four bedrooms, a lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Outbuildings include a wool shed as well as other sheds.
