Against Paris As Capital
(N.Z.PA.-Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, July 20. A pressure group has been set up to try to persuade the French Government to set up a new political and administrative capital away from Paris. It has suggested a site in the Massif central, a mountainous region in the centre of the country.
