(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, July 15. Directors of Hawkesbury Development Company, Ltd., have unanimously rejected the proposed take-over offer by R. A. Brierley Investments, Ltd., Wellington. Brierley offered 17s cash a share for half of each shareholding, ignoring fractions.
