Strong ’Bok Team (N.Z. Press Association) NEW PLYMOUTH, July 15, Two of the older players in the South African Rugby team, whose form was under suspicion until yesterday’s match with the New Zealand Juniors, have been chosen to play against Taranaki on Saturday. The fly-half, K. Oxlee, and the full-back, L. G. Wilson, were very indifferent in their first games in this country, but came to light with excellent performances against the Juniors. The South African side to meet the Ranfurly Shield holder is a strong one. In the pack, the lock forward, F. C. H. du Preez, will make his fifth appearance in the six games played. He will be partnered by C. P. Goosen, who has recovered from the leg injury he suffered in the ManawatuHorowhenua match. J. Schoeman, on the side, is also turning out for the fifth time. The team is: L. G. Wilson; J. P. Engelbrecht, J. I. Gainsford, F. D. Roux, G. Brynard: K. Oxlee. D. J. de Villiers (captain): J. A. Nel; J. A. Ellis, F. C. H. du Preez, C. P. Goosen, J. Schoeman: C. G. P. van Zyl, G. F. Malan, A. W. MacDonald.
