Church Service For Students
The third student service to be conducted under the auspices of the Canterbury University chaplains will be held in Christchurch Cathedral on Sunday at 7 p.m. The Very Rev. W. A. Pyatt (Dean of Christchurch) will conduct the service, and a Professor B. Sinyard, of Montreal, will preach. The subject of his address —‘‘Will Science Replace the Need for the Christian Faith?” —will be discussed afterwards by the students. Dr. R. B. Penfold. reader in chemistry at the University of Canterbury, will lead the discussion.
