LONDON, July 14.
Discount shopping facilities for motorists have been announced in Manchester as the latest move in the competition for petrol sales. An oil company there is to launch a scheme under which motorists buying a number of gallons a week will qualify for a membership card entitling them to buy goods at reduced rates from certain local shops.
