Pilots who fought in the Battle of Britain during the Second World War will be able to return to Britain for the twenty fifth anniversary celebrations free of charge. This was announced today by the federal president of the Air Force Association. Air Marshall Sir John McCauley.
The celebration will be held from September 14 to September 25 this year. “We think that all Battle of Britain pilots should have the opportunity to attend the celebrations,” Sir John McCauley said.
