Shunter Killed

WELLINGTON, July 13.
A shunter was killed today when he was pinned between a shunting engine and a motor-truck in a collision at King’s Wharf. He was: Ronald Lash, aged about 36, of Ngaio.
He was standing on the fiont of the engine with two other men when it hit the truck which was crossing the railway line. The other two men jumped clear.
