Youths Arrested After Fire

WELLINGTON, July 4.
Two youths caught by Lower Hutt police after a wall of flame across Randwick road, Moera, had briefly held up traffic late on Friday night, will appear in the Magistrate's Court on Tuesday. The fire covered the width of the road in a 4ft wide strip and police described it as “quite spectacular.”
