‘Handicapping System Good '
“I can see the day coming when we will have to adopt the New Zealand system of handicapping which Is very good,” said the chairman of the handicapping committee of the Inter-Dominion Trotting Conference (Mr J. R. Reeves) in Melbourne last week. Mr Reeves was speaking at a meeting at which a uniform system of handicapping for all Australian states was adopted, according to the presidentelect of the New Zealand Trotting Conference (Mr A. J. Nicoll), of Ashburton.
