Objects Seen In Nelson Sky
(N.Z. Press Association) NELSON, June 4. Two satellites, or the orbiting rockets which had boosted a satellite into space, passed over Nelson early today. The objects were seen about 6.45 a.m. by Mr D. Neighbours, of 39 Murphy street. The first was very bright, he said, and passed directly above the city. It approached from the north-west and was “travelling like old Harry.” The second object, not so bright and lower in the sky. appeared half a minute later and followed the same course.
