Complaint By Russia
(N. Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) NEW YORK, June 3. Russia has moved to block integration of United States’ economic aid with United Nations programmes. The Soviet delegate, Mr E. N. Makeev, said United States integration into United Nations programmes would be tantamount to “direct interference” in the United Nations affairs. He also complained that the United Nations was still using only an “insignificant” number of technicians and ■ equipment from the Soviet bloc in its aid programmes.
