House Sold For £9250
Offered on account of the estate of Mr P. H. Vickery, a brick and roughcast house at 351 Centaurus road, Hillsborough, was sold for £9250 at public auction yesterday. The auctioneer was Mr D. Chapman. The house has a lounge, dining room, four bedrooms a bathroom, kitchen and laundry. There is also a garage on the section of one rood, 30.5 perches. The late Mr H. Helmore’s house at 2 Helmores lane. Fendalton, has been sold by private treaty by Ford and Hadfield, Ltd.
