fN.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, May 28. All new passenger-service vehicles built after April 1, 1966. must have metal-framed bodies, according to regulations Gazetted today. The regulations will not apply to vehicles, being built or on order before the date. Another regulation says the vehicles may have only safety glass windows after April 1, , 1966.
