Rubber Distributors.—Rubber Distributors, Petone, importers and manufacturers of rubber goods, has raised its annual ordinary dividend from 8 per cent to 9 per cent, ex dividend August 24, payable September 3. The A preference dividend *s 8 per cent and the B preference dividend 5 per cent.— (P.A.)

C.M.I. Year. Consolidated Metal Industries, Auckland holding company, directors have considered draft financial accounts for the year to March 31 subject to final audit. These show increased earnings. Final ordinary dividend is 6 per cent, making steady 11 per cent for the year; payable and ex dividend July 26. —(P.A.)

Equitable Building.—Equitable Building and Investment Company of Wellington directors recommend a final dividend of 4$ per cent, making 6$ per cent for the year.
