The Minister of Education (Mr Kinsella) and the chairman of the University Grants Committee (Dr. F. J. Llewellyn) will attend the foundation stone ceremony for the new students’ union building at Ham on Thursday. Mr L. J. K. Futter, of the Department of Industries and Commerce, has been appointed to the New Zealand Gas Council to replace Dr. W. B. Sutch.
