More Duesenbergs ?
A- group of Chicago businessmen has designed a new version of the American Duesenberg car, and it may be put on the market later this year as a new luxury model. The first Duesenberg was built in 1925, and the last in 1936. shortly after the death of the designer, Mr F. Due-
senberg. During the “Roaring Twenties” some gold-plated models sold for as much as 35,000 dollars. The most famous model had a 265 b.h.p. straight-eight engine, and could reach 116 miles an hour. Top speed in second gear was about 80 miles an hour.
