‘Human Torch’ Murder

SYDNEY, May 26.
A boy was committed for trial today for the “human torch” murder of a 55-year-old man, William Henry Hill, at a bus shelter in the Sydney suburb of Lewisham on April 16. Another boy will stand trial for manslaughter; three others were discharged today because of insufficient evidence.
The five boys, aged between 12 and 16, appeared before a special sitting of the Yasmar Children’s Court today and yesterday.
