The Australian, Bruce Devlin, ending a brilliant round with a 60ft putt on the final hole, shared the lead after the third round on Saturday with Billy Martindale in the 100,000-doliar New Orleans golf tournament. Devlin shot 67 and Martindale 68 for 54-hole totals of 204, which is 12 under par for the 7020-yard par-72 Lakewood course. Dick Mayer had a fine 66 for 205 and third place, while Jack Nlcklaus, who held the lead on Friday, had a 72 and shares fourth place at 206 with Phil Rodgers. The New Zealander, R. J.
