N.Z. Violinist Wins Section
(N.Z. Prett Ann.—Copyright) LONDON, May 6. Valerie Rigg, aged 25, of Masterton, New Zealand, who has been studying the violin in London since 1958, won her section of the Royal Overseas League music festival competition in Overseas House, in London, last night.
