(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, April 30 A Conservative member of Parliament is to ask Mr Wilson if he will impose a three-year ban on all immigration into Britain. Tabling a question in the House yesterday, Sir Cyril Osborne said such a moratorium would give local authorities time to deal with present problems of housing, health and education, and ease the pressure on workingclass families in the poorer industrial areas.
