Train Stopping May Cost £25
(Special Crspdt. N.Z.P.A.) LONDON, April 29. Ever since 1868 the penalty for needlessly pulling a communication cord on a British train has been £5. One of the provisions of a bill now before Parliament proposes that in future it shall be £25. This figure is also suggested as the penalty for throwing stones on the line.
