St. Albans House Sold
A house at 131 Watford street St. Albans, has been sold by private treaty by the New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Association of Canterbury, Ltd. The house was passed in at £3200 when offered at auction recently. A weatherboard bungalow at 163 Hills road. St. Albans, was passed in at £2700 at public auction yesterday. The property was offered on account of the estate of A. G. Kinvig by Mr Denys Chapman. “
The house has two livingrooms, two bedrooms kitchenette, bathroom, and laundrF- There is also a garage on the section of 25.1 perches.
