AUCKLAND, February 21. The Auckland marathon”cham pionship, decided on Saturday, was a personal triumph for the national champion and Olympic representative. R. Puckett, who registered 2hr 26tnin 29sec to gain the easiest of victories over a field of 27. B Hamilton was second in 2hr 29min 14sec. and C. Douglas third in 2hr 33mln Ssec.
