I (N.Z P.A -Reuter —Copyrl-jlitl DJAKARTA, Feb. 21. Dr. Subandrio. Indonesia’s Foreign Minister, returned to Djakarta last night and said he had given all the facts of the Malaysian problem to Japan and Pakistan. He told reporters it was now up to these countries to decide on possible mediation moves. Japan and Pakistan have both indicated willingness to mediate in the Malaysia dispute. Dr. Subandrio, who visited Japan, Cambodia and Pakistan, said all these countries had agreed with Indonesia’s view that Asians solve their own problems. He said when outsiders interfered no solution resulted. The tendency was to increase tension.
