Pedestrian Hurt
A pedestrian, Edward Thomas Callaghan, of 20 Retreat road, suffered bruises and lacerations when hit by a car on the corner of Retreat road and Avonside drive last evening. He was treated at the Christchurch Hospital and discharged.
