Monckton III
(N.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, January 6. Viscount Monckton, who is 73, is seriously ill at his home in Sussex. He had a kidney removed in 1963 and has been ill for some months. Lord Monckton was legal adviser to King Edward VIII (now Duke of Windsor) at the time of the abdication in 1936.
