Two Takapuna girls have spent 1} hours each night singing carols outside homes in their district to raise i money for the Save the Children Fund. The girls, i Anne Goldson, aged nine, and Juliet Nicholas, aged eight, wore deerstalker hats and thick scarves, and carried candles to give their appeal a white Christmas flavour.
