Four Houses Burgled
Four houses in the city were entered on Wednesday evening. One was entered through an unlocked window and another through an unlocked door. Thieves took £5 in cash from a house in Kendal avenue, and clothing valued at £3 10s, and 21 dollars from a house in Brackendale place. Liquor valued at 18s 6d was taken from a house in Burnside crescent, and a house in Whitby street was entered, but it is not known if anything was stolen.
