Mr H. Freeman-Greene, formerly of Christchurch, who has been assistant information officer at Buckingham Palace, was invested in London this week by the Queen with the insignia of a Member of the Royal Victorian Order (fourth class). Mr Freeman-Greene will return to Wellington to resume duty in the Department of External Affairs.
