AUCKLAND, Dec. 20.

Seven months after he first stepped into an aeroplane, Mr K. P. Galloway has gained his commercial pilot's licence. This is believed to be a record for such an achievement. Mr Galloway, who is aged 24, came from Rangiora, to join the Auckland Aero Club, where he carried out all his flying training. He also attended the Governmentapproved commercial school there.
