Indictment
Sir,—You won’t catch fish. You Import them from Ireland, because you can’t get them further away. You won’t let hungry countries take them. You tax old-age pensioners for 60 years for manmade forests, and when the logs are ready to mill you can’t give them away. You get the Social Security Fund t' clean the weeds for lazy farmers. Half the people of the world are starving. Our land could produce 10 times more. Thousands are running every year off the land into the towns where they don’t know the meaning of productive work.—Yours, etc., FAR BACK DAN. December 21, 1964.
