Agreement Reached
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 20. The dispute between the Auckland Football Association and the New Zealand Football Association Council, which threatend to split soccer in this country, has been settled, according to a statement issued by the New Zealand Football Association on Saturday.
The statement was issued by the presidents of the Auckland and New Zealand Football Associations, the chairman of the N.Z.F.A. council and the acting chairman of the Auckland control board.
It said: "Following discussions between representatives ’ of the Auckland Football Asso- ■ ciation and the New Zealand Football Association full understanding was reached and the ■ matters which have been in disl pute were satisfactorily re- | solved to the satisfaction of both . parties.”
