‘lncorrect Report’ (N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 18. The question of granting rights to Alitalia Airlines at Mangere Airport was dealt with on a government to government basis, the Minister of Civil Aviation (Mr McAlpine) said today. He said no official application had been received as yet. In a prepared statement, Mr McAlpine said a report that Mr C.
