ADJOURNED DISPUTE
(N Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Nov. 18. The Court of Arbitration adjourned yesterday afternoon its hearing of the freezing industry dispute until December 2. The Wellington Freezing Workers’ Union (Mr T. F. Collerton) is seeking total exemption from the New Zealand (except Westland) Meat Processors, Packers and Preservers’ Freezing Works industrial agreement. The workers’ case finished yesterday, and on December 2 the secretary of the North Island Freezing Companies’ Association of Employers (Mr J. B. Walton), will present submissions.
