New System For Start Of Cycling Season
I In ideal conditions the 1964-65 track cycling season began at I English Park last night. This season the programme l will be changed considerably. ! Instead of open races in heats the riders will be graded and ' races without heats will be con- ' tested. This system was used last night and proved a great sue! cess, with fast, exciting finishes.
