Appeal Raises Record Sum
The sum of £3700 received by the Nurse Maude District Nursing Association as a result of its recent appeal made the appeal the most successful apnea! in the association’s history, it was announced yesterday. Because of the support it was possible to man more than 140 collection points. The response in the suburbs was greater than in previous years and factory collections also showed a marked increase.
