Junior Advisory Board matches resulted as follows: B GRADE—SECTION I Old Collegians 97 for five declared (Foskett 41, Hammond 34) beat St. Albans 39 (Buck three for 4. Ford three for 13) and 37 (McDonald three for 12, Hammond three for 14) by an innings and 21 runs. East-Shirley 41 (Pascoe five for 12, Brownlee three for 10) and 11 for one beat Xavier 43 (Shaw 20; Cusack four for 12, Williams four for 17) and 7 (Cusack seven for two) by nine wickets. Technical Old Boys 125 for three declared (Kennard four for 17, Hutchison four for 20) and 52 beat Lancaster Park 34 (Gatehouse seven for 10) and 115 (Gatehouse five for 11) outright. B GRADE—SECTION II Sydenham 103 (Walsh 47; Angus four for 16. Sellers three for 26) beat Old Collegians B 51 (Keith three for 1. Talbot three for 2) and 84 for four (Angus 50 not out) on the first innings. C GRADE High School Old Boys 57 (McLeod 26 not out) beat Lancaster Park 20 (Lee four for 12) and 22 (Woodward four for 1) by an innings and 15 runs. Burnside B 72 (Cameron 20 not out) beat St. Albans 50 (Hume three for 7) on the first innings. High School Old Boys 70 for five (Murdoch 32 not out, Woodward 23 not out) beat Xavier 24 (Woodward four for 3, Randle four for 4) on the first Innings. Lancaster Park 45 for nine declared drew with Old Collegians 44 for five. Old Collegians 99 for two declared beat Xavier 3 and 3 for two on the first innings. Boys’ Results Boys’ Association matches played on Saturday resulted as follows: — SENIOR I St. Andrew’s 163 for seven declared (Smith 53 not out, Dowling 37: Partington three for 30) beat West High School 28 and 79 (Grant three for 10) by an innings and 56 runs. Linwood High School 186 (Patchett 47: Kirk six for 56) met Xavier 59 for five (Macann four for 20). Christ’s College 212 for nine declared (Fulton 85, Ensor 42) met Shirley Boys’ High School 21 for two. SENIOR II Christ’s College 222 (Lynn 65: Rowlands three for 43, Gray four for 63) met Linwood High School 76 (Gray 47; Soanes six for 33). Araniii High School 108 (Gearry 40 not out, Fowles 33; Sanders five for 18) and five for none met Boys’ High School A 93 (Winter three for 8. Gearry three for 26). SENIOR 111 St. Bede’s 86 (Adcock three for 48) beat Cashmere High School 46 (Frank six for 20, including hat-trick) on the first innings. Christ’s College 90 for nine declared (Robertson 30 not out: Rennie six for 38) beat St. Andrew’s 86 (Rennie 42: Jerram five for 18, Hill three for 22) on the first innings.

Shepherd 150 For W. Aust. (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) PERTH. November 8. The West Australian batsman. B. Shepherd, thrashed the Victorian bowlers to score a magnificent 150 not out at Perth yesterday. It was the second day of play in the first Sheffield Shield match of the season. Scores: Victoria 208, Western Australia 283/6 (B. Shepherd 150 not out, C. Harburn 37; Connolly 4/66, E. Illingworth 2/53).
