Kestrel Wins Harbour Race
Kestrel (R. Coop) won the Banks Penlnspla Cruising Club's middle fleet’s race on Lyttelton Harbour yesterday. Fifteen yachts took part, and the race soon- developed into a duel between Ffantasy (T. Rolton), Ffanfare (J. Wanklyn) and Kestrel. Ffanfare took an early lead, but over the ; final stages it was passed by Kestrel and Ffantasy, Kestrel finally winning by more than 200 yards.
