Fraud Charges Preferred
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Oct. 30. A 34-year-old salesman, John Patrick Blundell, who last week was given an absolute discharge from an extradition application sought by the Brisbane police in Wellington, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court at Auckland today facing two charges of obtaining credit by fraud. He elected trial by jury and was remanded by Mr J. R. Drummond, S.M., until November 10.
