TALKS ON LAOS
Resumption Urged fN.Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copt/riohtl HONG KONG, Oct. 30. Prince Souphanouvong, leader of the Leftist faction in Laos, has called for the resumption of the Paris talks between him and the leaders of the Neutralist and Rightwing factions, the New China News Agency reported. The “princely summit,” which began last September 21, was suspended the next day when the three Laotian leaders failed to break the deadlock. Prince Souphanouvong, in a message to the King of Laos, urged him to use his Influence to get the talks started again. He said that he himself would leave for Paris immediately after attending to “pressing work” in Sanv Neua.
