ASSAULT CHARGE
Incident At Circus
(From Our Own Reporter) WESTPORT, Oct. 21. No evidence was given by the police when a young Westport man was charged with assaulting the manager of Sole Bros, circus, Joseph H. Perry. Senior Sergeant A. Lawrence said defendant had been taken in custody after an incident at the circus early on Tuesday morning. At the request of the senior sergeant, the defendant was remanded under the provisions of the Medical Health Act to appear on November 11.
