Blyton was third, and Count Filou fourth. The favourite, Gillin, was fifth and Solly Joel (rails) sixth. BOTTOM: Home on the Range winning the second leg, the Shorts Handicap, from Starlit and Gold Chat (outside). The top-weight, Roodyvoo, was fourth.
