Rain Stops Cycling
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) TOKYO, October 18. Blustery winds and heavy rain ushered in the second week of the Olympic Games and caused the postponement of today’s cycling events. Events listed on the cycling programme were the scratch sprint quarter-finals and the heats and quarter-finals of the track teams pursuit race. Each day’s cycling programme has been postponed by one day. Provided the weather clears, the lost time can be regained on Wednesday. i
