LONDON, October 17. Oxford and Cambridge Universities, who will meet in their annual match at Twickenham on December 8, both failed to distinguish themselves in their first real tests of the 196465 British Rugby season. Oxford was beaten, 18-3, by Richmond, and Cambridge by Cardiff, 19-11. Other results were;—
