Agents

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) KUALA LUMPUR, Oct. 18. The arrest of 40 “Indonesian agents” in Malacca has been announced in Kuala Lumpur. Malacca is the site of Terendak camp, the base for the British-Austra-lian-New Zealand 28th Commonwealth Brigade. There have been several grenade explosions in Malacca recently. Addressing a gathering of women political workers, the Chief Minister of Malacca (Inche Abdul Ghaffar Baba) said 40 Indonesian agents had been detained. He appealed to others to surrender. “If you give up now the Government will not take action against you, as it will be forced to do if you are caught,” he said.
