Final Round Of Talks Britain, Australia. New Zealand, Canada and Malaysia next week will hold their third and final round of talks to form a “co-ordinating machinery." the Finance Minister, Mr Tan Siew Sin, said today. The intention is to study how best these countries can give military and financial aid to combat Indonesian confrontation. Mr Tan said the meeting would be between himself and the high commissioners and military advisers of the other participating countries.
