Perrin, superintendent of , the Woomera range, has been appointed Australian defence representative in New Zealand for a period of two years. He will succeed Captain R. A. H. Millar, R.A.N., who will have completed his term in December, 1964. Group Captain Perrin enlisted in the R.A.A.F. in 1938 and has held various command and staff appointments. These include Director of Air Staff Plans, Department of Air (1957), Services Adviser, New Delhi (1959), and Director of Organisation, Department of Air (1962).
