Denial Bill Caused Rise (Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Sept 30. King (Opp, Waitemata) said he felt the provisions for new regulations governing the standards of hygiene in barbers’ and hairdressers’ establishments might raise the price from 4s or 4s 6d, which was already enough.
