Discussion On S.E.A.T.O.
(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, Sept. 30. The Secretary-General of S.E.A.T.O. (Mr Konthi Suphamongkhon) today met the External Affairs Committee of Parliament and discussed the current problems of 5.E.A.T.0., mainly organisational matters concerned with its non-military activities, for two hours. The matters raised were substantially those already under consideration by the S.E.A.T.O. Council in Bangkok. Later, Mr Konthi conferred with the Secretary of External Affairs (Mr A. D. Mclntosh).
